Can I ship unit to Jim's Electronics for repair?

Shipping Guidelines:

Include a complete description of the problem being encountered. Provide your name, company name, phone, fax numbers, and shipping address. We will ship back to you UPS ground unless otherwise indicated. We accept Visa and Mastercard, otherwise all repairs will be COD. Please use a strong, properly sized box to protect your equipment. UPS requires that there be at least 3 inches of packing material on all sides the equipment for adequate protection. Place the equipment in a sealed plastic bag so packing material will not get inside the machine. It is best to insure your equipment against damage or loss.
